This pumpkin pie martini recipe is like drinking pumpkin pie but in liquid form. A delicious pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and Bailey’s Irish liqueur are all shaken well and poured into a martini glass for sipping.

It makes a great cocktail for long fall days and into the holiday season. Serve on the weekends, cocktail parties, or with dessert on Thanksgiving Day.

A great alternative to this drink is our cinnamon roll cocktail. And for some non-alcoholic fun, try this gumdrop punch.

How to Make A Pumpkin Pie Martini

This recipe is for one cocktail, but you could easily make more. You’ll be sipping in minutes!

Four-step recipe sequence: mixing spices, adding cream, frothy liquid, and topped with whipped cream and spices.
  1. Add the ingredients to your cocktail shaker as listed in the recipe below.
  2. Place the lid on, shake vigorously, and strain into martini glasses.
  3. Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. Serve chilled, and enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • To chill martini glasses, place your glasses in the freezer for 30-60 before making the drinks.
  • For a stronger pumpkin flavor add a bit more pumpkin pie spice, or other spices like ground ginger, cinnamon, all spice, or cloves.
  • Try adding graham cracker crumbs to the rim of your glasses for a festive touch. Use two shallow plates, dip the glass in honey, then roll gently in the crumbs before adding the mixed drink.
