Instructions 

  • Wash the spring mix.
  • Peel and separate the orange pieces.
  • Peel and slice avocado.
  • Chop cashews into small pieces.

Almonds are a great alternative to cashews and cracked black pepper tastes great sprinkled on the salad after adding the dressing
